[Catalist] Year 10 Science time allocation and textbook

Year 10 Science: 3 x 60 minute periods/week + 1 x 55 minute period/week; One teacher per year

Text: Pearson SB 10  + Activity Book + EAL/D version + e-book

Positives: coherent, with flow - generally; engaging; Some Practical Activities are good....

Negatives: No access to a pdf version; Producing personalised power points using material from the ebook isn't as easy as it was with Jacaranda's pdf.

Do you use specialist teachers that swap classes or does one teacher teach a class for the whole year?

I would also like to know what  textbook you are using and the positives and negatives you have found. Thanks in anticipation!
