Hello,

If you planning you fieldwork for Biology or Integrated Science, the Department of Parks and Wildlife offers a range of excursions in and around Perth and the South West.

Through Nearer to Nature Schools education programs there are opportunities to cover curriculum content in the context of key conservation issues in our local environment; such as biodiversity loss, threatened species recovery and ecosystems function in forests and wetlands.

The brochure with programs for 2017 can be downloaded here: https://www.dpaw.wa.gov.au/get-involved/nearer-to-nature (secondary programs are start from page 11). Please get in touch if you would like further information (n2n at dpaw.wa.gov.au<mailto:n2n at dpaw.wa.gov.au> ).
