Hi Michael,

Depending upon the age of your MacBook Pro are you aware that a Mac will run Windows almost better than a PC? I have a MacBook Pro and a MacBook Air running Parallels Desktop, a virtual machine protocol. On the MBPro, Parallels runs Windows 10. On the MBA Air, Parallels runs Windows 8.1.
Under the Windows VM's, you can install all of your windows programs to run like Windows programs, at the same time keeping your Mac apps operating in the background. In addition, if you select to run them in Coherence mode, you can have your Mac looking like a Mac, but the dock has access to all your Windows programs and they open and run like Windows programs including Adobe Flash Player, although I've never had a lot of trouble with Flash on my Macs - only on my iPad.
Today I was running dual displays through my MBAir with a Mac screen on the big display and Windows 8.1 on my MBAir screen. You won't get a PC doing that coz they can't run OSX.

Greetings Bob,

Thanks for your prompt reply to my problems with Adobe Flash Player on my MacBook Pro.

I am reminded that you have provided excellent support for WA science teachers over many years. Thanks.

Bob, I recall that I had Adobe Shockwave Player installed on my Lenovo PC OS Windows 7 Pro with IE 8, which I replaced with my MacBook Pro.

I am not 'brave' enough to install Adobe Shockwave Player on my MacBook Pro. URL 1: https://helpx.adobe.com/shockwave/kb/troubleshoot-installation-shockwave-player-mac.html

If I was still teaching secondary science specialising in Secondary Physics teaching, I would invest in a WINDOWS 10 Laptop.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Hi Mike,

Can play animations in the text link mentioned using Firefox with Shockwave Flask 23.0 as a plugin.
