FameLab 2017 - Secondary Science Students
FameLab is one of the world's leading science communication competitions. The WA Maritime Museum has created a special opportunity to bring STEAM-based (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths) education to life for secondary science students in the Perth metropolitan area.

You and your students will watch as twelve of Australia's best young scientists take to the stage to win your hearts and minds as they explain complicated scientific concepts in just three minutes in a fun and enlightening way. Jargon and PowerPoint are strictly BANNED but jokes, props and costumes are strongly encouraged!

One of these presenters will represent Australia in the FameLab International finals at the Cheltenham Science Festival this year.

Bookings are essential. The Western Australian Museum will cover the cost of bus hire (up to the value of $600) for the first three schools to book. *Conditions apply
