The WA branch of the Australian Institute of Physics (AIP) and the Australian Academy of Technological Sciences and Engineering (ATSE) invites Year 10-12 Science classes to attend this year's "Women in Physics" event.

The day will include presentations from internationally recognised researchers Dr Kate Mack (2017 recipient of the AIP Women in Physics Award) and Professor Phil Bland (2017 nominated ATSE lecturer), followed by a game show style physics panel, where science meets comedy.

During the lunch break there will be interactive Science Stalls, where students can learn about non-Newtonian fluids by jumping on custard, discover the maths behind bubbles and much more.

Who should attend?
The invitation is extended to Year 10-12 students who are interested in studying Science.
