[Catalist] Ruben's tube

Hello all,

We were wondering about purchasing a Ruben's tube for teaching waves. We
are having difficulty sourcing it from an Australian company, so we were
curious as to whether it was legal in Australia. Does anyone have one that
they use? If it isn't illegal, does anyone have some helpful hints for
making our own...they don't look that complicated.
