Dear Chemistry Teachers,

School Curriculum and Standards is running Improving Student Performance workshops for ATAR Year 11 and 12 Chemistry.

Four workshops are being offered in the metropolitan area and you are encouraged to send one (or more) of your chemistry staff to attend a workshop.

The focus of the workshop will be on development of Science inquiry assessment tasks, including a shared understanding of the emphasis, pitch and standards of the course across Years 11 and 12. Venues, dates and times of the workshops can be found on the Events page of the SCSA website (https://www.scsa.wa.edu.au/events/improving-student-performance-workshops-2018).

If you have any queries you are welcome to contact me off list.
Regards,
Allan
