There is a new Westpac Young Technologist Scholarship  - worth $25k ($5k per year), for students planning to study a Bachelor of Science, Engineering or Creative Media at Murdoch University. Details below. Please pass on to your students.

Dear Colleague

I wanted to make you aware of an opportunity that some of your students may be interested in.

The Westpac Young Technologist scholarship is for students (under the age of 26) who are applying to study a technology related course. Courses are listed on the website.  Murdoch will be awarding 7 scholarships worth up to $25,000 ($5k pa).

The scholarship is being promoted via social media, and via secondary schools.

Applications are open, and close at midnight on 25th Nov.   Shortlisted applicants will be interviewed on 12th Dec, and recipients notified on 21st  Dec.

Links attached, but in summary, applicants will need to submit a personal statement as per the guidelines, academic reports, and a reference.
