Background
Earlier this year, the Einstein-First project was awarded with an Australian Research Council grant to teach Einsteinian physics in schools (an announcement is attached below). As part of this project, the team is organising a free full-day workshop on June 28.

The aims of this workshop
a) to introduce you to the Einstein-First project and propose a new curriculum
b) to obtain your advice regarding the learning sequences we propose.

We hope to integrate Einsteinian physics into the existing primary and secondary school science curriculum. Your suggestions and comments will be extremely helpful for us to design future programs for primary and secondary schools.

At the workshop
You will be introduced to the resources used to teach the concepts of space, time, gravity and light. In the second stage, we will be asked for your feedback on how best to introduce these concepts at various year levels.

John
