Friday afternoon 3 April special Primary and Secondary Programs not to be missed.
Secondary: Early career and out of field teachers of Science
The workshops will be led by experienced teachers and HOLAS covering the topics:
•              Laboratory management and safety: Why do practical’s? What do the students get out of them? How can they can be done to enhance learning?
•              Communications, hints and tips: reports, parent interviews
•              Sound assessment practices
•              Planning and conduction excursions
•              Student alternative conceptions

Primary: Integrating Indigenous Science into your teaching
This is an opportunity to learn about the resources and to start to build an integrated Two-way Science learning program.
