[Catalist] Update on ipad-friendly modelling website.

It is the nature of the web that sites get moved around, and links 
become unavailable.

The website mentioned in the Stawa interactive protein modelling site 
has moved from http://chemagic.com/JSmolVMK2.htm to

http://chemagic.org/molecules/mini.html

This should allow schools with ipads the chance to interact with protein 
molecules and explore their 3d structures.
