[Catalist] Murdoch Horizons Year 12 Summer School - Maximise your Year 12 results and experience and kick-start your degree

Good morning

I'm excited to let you know that January 2018 will see the launch of the 3 week Murdoch Horizons Year 12 Summer School.  This program has been designed for Year 12 students, providing them with an opportunity to experience University life and gain new perspectives and understandings, study techniques and knowledge and skills relevant to their Year 12 studies and beyond.

Two Units are on offer, one focusing on English, the Humanities and Social Sciences and the second on Chemistry, Biology and Human Biology.  On successful completion, students will receive a Murdoch Horizons Year 12 Summer Certificate and 3 points of credit towards a Murdoch degree (the equivalent of one Murdoch unit/subject).

Details of the Summer School includes:

Date & Time:                    Friday 5 January - Wednesday 24 January 2018.  Classes will run between 09.30am and 4.00pm at Murdoch's South Street Campus.

Cost:                                    $375, payable upon registration.  Full funded scholarships are available to students from Murdoch RISE Schools.

Eligibility:                           This program is open to students undertaking Year 12 in 2018.
