As you prepare for the start of the year , those teaching biology in years 7-12 might be interested in the resources below. The videos are very good and the worksheets for activities (eg isolating DNA from strawberries and onion cell microscopy) are clear and good quality.

The ARC Centre of Excellence in Plant Energy Biology are promoting their free Virtual Plant Cell resources for immersive education. VPC resource packages are free, Australian curriculum-aligned and include 360 degree videos/VR experiences, hands-on activities and guides to support the practical uptake of immersive technologies in classrooms. The resources address plant science and biology topics, and showcase Australian research.
