Nearer to Nature with Parks and Wildlife Service offers a range of excursions and incursions covering curriculum content for Science and Geography with an emphasis on sustainability.

The brochure for 2020 (Years 7-12) is now available on the website<https://www.dpaw.wa.gov.au/get-involved/nearer-to-nature/schools> (click to follow link). Programs cover a range of topics in themes such as bushfire; threatened species; forest, river and wetland ecosystems; and Aboriginal culture and sustainability. All programs are hands-on in our wonderful natural environment at purpose-built centres or carefully selected sites.
