Periodic Table Art Project

Following on from the successful 2019 program, Murdoch University is continuing this program in 2020 in an online capacity.

This project sees your class receive a guest lecture on an element of your choice. This can either be delivered live online via Blackboard Collaborate or pre-recorded for your convenience. Students will have two weeks to produce an art piece representing their knowledge and understanding of the chosen element. Student can check in with a scientist online at defined times to ask questions and/or receive guidance on their artworks. This program is free to participate in, requiring only an internet connection. The best artworks from each class will be awarded first place and professionally printed and displayed in an art exhibition at Murdoch University.

Duration: 2 -3 periods (either consecutive or non-consecutive)
