Wow! I have been to Christmas Island to see the Red Crab Migration, the birds, the other crabs, especially the Robber crabs that can bite your foot off, such an amazing place.

Subject: [Catalist] Christmas Island DHS small group moderation for Marine & Maritime Studies ATAR

Hi Science Teachers of WA

Christmas Island District High School are looking for a school to do small group moderation with for their yr 12 ATAR Marine class. I have been involved in the course for over 10 years and am lucky this year to co-teach the class together with <https://www.facebook.com/kylie.chatfield.3?fref=gs&__tn__=%2CdK-R-R&eid=ARBoLUXB2aS2oKPwSvmmue1M6x0YKdjv4BXHiqbO4f0KZzB0ZQ28GvTBpmC3WL-cCQYDv-wItC6kZp2X&dti=505778089764528&hc_location=group> Kylie Chatfield from Fisheries. We have quite a strong program with assessment outlines and tasks already established but our numbers have just dropped so we are required to do small group moderation. Happy to share all resources with moderating partner. Could provide a unique opportunity for students and staff to form partnership with and visit Christmas Island.

Kind Regards

Digby Edwards
