How would a Creationist answer this sequence of questions?

Is God the Intelligent Designer? YES

Did God create all living things in existence on the Earth? YES

Given that God is all-powerful and all knowing, did God create all living things to be perfectly designed? YES

Did God (the intelligent designer) create giraffes and humans with perfectly designed physiology, e.g., the laryngeal nerve which runs from the brain, down one side of the neck, around the heart, and up the other side of the neck to the larynx? YES
